1. No Medical Advice: Fitness with Vince (the "Company") provides fitness and nutritional coaching. Vince Go is not a doctor, licensed dietitian, or mental health professional. Our programs, including the FTM Framework, are for informational purposes only. Consult a physician before starting any new exercise or nutrition regimen, especially regarding gender-affirming care or physical transitions.

2. Commitment & Refund Policy: By applying for 1:1 Coaching or the 90-Day Challenge, you acknowledge that coaching is a collaborative process. All payments are non-refundable. Whether you choose a monthly subscription, installment, or a "Pay-in-Full" option (e.g., GO Mastery), your payment secures coaching time and proprietary intellectual property that cannot be "returned."

3. Intellectual Property: All materials provided (16 modules, FTM Framework, worksheets) are owned by Fitness with Vince. You agree not to share, screen-record, or resell these materials.

4. Communication & SMS: By providing your phone number, you opt-in to receive program updates and 1:1 check-in reminders via SMS and Email. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can reply "STOP" at any time.

Health & Transition Disclosure: "Fitness with Vince" provides a gender-affirming environment. I acknowledge that my coach, Vince Go, is a fitness professional and not a medical doctor or gender specialist.

1. Medical Consultation: I confirm I have consulted with my primary care physician or hormone replacement therapy (HRT) provider regarding my participation in an intensive exercise program.

2. Physical Boundaries: I agree to communicate any physical discomfort, including issues related to binding, surgery recovery (e.g., top/bottom surgery), or hormonal fluctuations, to ensure the FTM Framework is applied safely to my specific physiology.

3. Assumption of Risk: I voluntarily assume all risks associated with physical training, acknowledging that individual results may vary based on medical history and adherence to the program.
